The basement door opens out to a little patio with an overhang to keep it dry. They seem to mostly use it for firewood storage. There are no signs of struggle and no additional blood stains, but there are tiny pieces of what appears to be glass caught in the crack joining the floor to the lip of the doorway along with other bits of dirt and dust that got pushed in there while sweeping out onto the patio.

Throughout the night Marjorie and her husband are split up in their gendered social circles, but there doesn't really seem to be any tension between them, and she is openly affectionate in appropriate ways at times - it mostly just seems that they're each running their own part of a coordinated effort at a social event, although Harold is mostly just making cocktails and talking to the men.
